Allwecure Pharmaceutical Limited ("Allwecure", "we", "us", or "our") is a licensed B2B pharmaceutical distributor operating within Lagos State and Ogun State. This Returns and Replacement Policy explains how returns, replacements, and related issues are handled on our platform.
This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Important Notice
- Allwecure is not a manufacturer of the products supplied.
- Due to the regulated nature of pharmaceutical products, strict controls apply to returns and replacements.
- Customers are advised to carefully inspect all products at the point of delivery.
2. No Refund Policy
- All products are non-refundable once delivered in good condition.
- Once products have been received, inspected, and accepted by the customer, they cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or credit.
- This applies to all orders, including those paid in advance or paid on delivery.
3. Inspection at Delivery
- Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery.
- Inspection should cover quantity, packaging condition, and product description.
- Signing or accepting delivery confirms that products were received in acceptable condition.
4. Eligible Replacement Cases
Allwecure will provide a replacement (not a refund) only in the following circumstances:
- Products are delivered damaged
- Products are incorrect or do not match the order
- Products are affected during transit before delivery
All replacement requests are subject to verification by Allwecure.
5. Replacement Conditions
To qualify for replacement:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- The issue must be reported immediately at delivery or within a reasonable time approved by Allwecure.
- Photographic or physical evidence may be required.
- Products must not have been stored, altered, or resold after delivery.
6. Excluded Items
The following are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Products received in good condition
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Products returned without prior approval
- Products with tampered packaging or broken seals
7. Manufacturer Responsibility
- Product quality, formulation, efficacy, and warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
- Allwecure does not provide manufacturer warranties or guarantees on supplied products.
8. Delivery Coverage
- Free delivery is currently provided within Lagos State and Ogun State.
- Replacement deliveries, where approved, will also be made at no additional delivery cost.
9. Discretion and Compliance
- Allwecure reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests.
- This policy is applied in compliance with Nigerian pharmaceutical distribution regulations and PCN guidelines.
